Naples Florida: Paradise Lost? - Definitely Not!
You can go to paradise without having to fly half way around the world—it’s right here on the East Coast. It’s Naples, Florida.
Naples, in Southwest Florida offers it all. There’s a vacation for every budget, whether it’s a trip with the kids or a romantic getaway with that someone special. Accommodations range from the well-known hotel chains to luxury hotels and dining offerings from fast food to haute cuisine. So go ahead and enjoy afternoon tea at a quaint out-of-the way tea shop or high tea with champagne served by white-gloved waiters.
If you vacation with the kids, be sure to visit the Naples Zoo, Everglades National Park for an air boat ride, the brand new Children’s Museum and of course have fun in the sun on the miles of pristine beaches enjoying the calm, clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Then, of course, you can shop til you drop. There are nearby outlet malls and exclusive shops on Third Street, 5th Avenue, Waterside Shops and Venetian Bay. Even as you shop, beautiful palm trees, colorful blooming hibiscus and calming fountains surround you. Take a deep breath and relax!
Art and fine arts connoisseurs will fall in love with Naples and enjoy numerous “Art in the Park” exhibitions and free concerts. There’s live theater in town and Naples is home to the Naples Philharmonic, which features world-renown performances and world class lectures. Indoors or out, you’ll be enlightened and entertained.
Both nature lovers and the sports-minded will thrill at the activities available. Enjoy the nature walks as well as kayak or flat-bottom boat tours which meander through the lush mangroves. Of course, Naples is a Mecca for golfers. If you don’t play, then pamper yourself at one of many spas in the area. Go ahead and indulge! Want a little outdoor excitement? How about para-sailing or deep-sea fishing?
What’s your style for nightlife? Naples lets you choose. Dinner for two at a beachfront restaurant, a peaceful walk on the beach or the famed Naples Pier to witness the serenity of the sunset or maybe drinks and dancing to the throbbing music at a club. You decide.
Whatever the season or reason to travel, take a trip to Paradise—NAPLES, Florida!
