Okay, it may not be practical (all the time) to push a stroller in heels. However, you can rock your sense of style and be in the know as a mom thanks to Lyss Stern.
Lyss Stern is a Mom and Founder of Divalysscious Moms (divamoms.com), a luxury lifestyle company. Her company provides an outlet for moms to talk and share as a community with a sexy, fun spin. She develops trend reports and events for moms, including the one I recently attended where The New York Times best-selling author and mom, E.L. James, answered questions about her Fifty Shades erotic romance trilogy. Fifty Shades of Grey, the first in the trilogy, was simultaneously released as an on-demand paperback and an e-book according to Russell Perreault, VP/Director of Publicity at Vintage Books & Anchor Books.
E.L. James (E.L.) participated in a Q&A session at the Divalysscious-hosted event, which included some of these questions by audience members (AM):
AM: “If you could have a mountain hideaway or a beach house which one would you take?”
E.L.: “A beach house. Every time.”
AM: “Do you prefer summer or winter?”
E.L.: “Winter. You wear more clothes; enough said.”
AM: “How have your personal experiences affected your writing?”
E.L.: “I had to do a bit of research. It was great, great fun.”
AM: “What propelled you to write these books?”
E.L.: “I started with a small idea. If you met someone who was into this lifestyle, what would happen? It just went from there and it has taken me on this extraordinary journey-to places I didn’t expect.”
